    U.S. MARINE CORPS
When I first decided to attend college, I was apprehensive about the culture shock having just retired from the Marine Corps. However, the Veteran friendly environment at Tidewater Community College and the professionalism of its teachers has made my transition all the easier. I look forward to completing my degree goals.

    U.S. AIR FORCE
I met a few other veterans in the accounting department and that enabled me to cope better with the new career I'd just started. There are a lot of resources available for us Vets at Community College, and I think its a good idea to use them.
